OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The Juice From Every Angle Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Juice Beauty, Inc., 3915 Cypress Drive, Petaluma, California 94954 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor; Sponsor's parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize manufacturers and suppliers, and any other organizations involved in administering, developing, fulfilling, or promoting the Sweepstakes; and members of each such person's immediate family or household are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family" means a spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household" means people who share the same residence for at least three months during the twelve months preceding the start of the Sweepstakes, whether or not related.
Eligibility is subject to verification by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). (Pending client confirmation — see note below.)
Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [ENTRY PAGE URL] and follow the instructions to complete and submit the official entry form. The entry form is expected to request the entrant's first and last name, email address, state of residence, confirmation of eligibility, and agreement to these Official Rules.
Submitting a valid entry form is the only action required to enter. No purchase, payment, social-media follow, tag, share, review, subscription, marketing consent, or other consideration is required. Marketing enrollment will be presented separately through optional, unchecked consent controls and will not affect eligibility or the odds of winning.
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period. If more than one entry is received from the same person or email address, only the first eligible entry received will be included in the drawing. Entrants may not use multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, automated entry services, scripts, bots, macros, or other automated or fraudulent methods to obtain additional entries.
An entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person assigned the email address by the applicable provider. A potential winner may be required to prove that they are the authorized account holder.
Incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, late, corrupted, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or not received because of technical, network, equipment, human, or other error.
4. Random Drawing and Odds
On October 5, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One potential winner will be selected. (Pending client confirmation — see note below.)
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the entry, generally within three business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after Sponsor sends the notification, unless the notification specifies a shorter period permitted by law.
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility and to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability and publicity release where lawful, an IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor. Documents must be returned within the time stated in the notification.
The potential winner is not the official winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and confirms compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, does not return required documents, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will not require the winner to pay a fee, make a purchase, provide a credit-card or bank-account number, or send money to receive the prize. The winner may be responsible for taxes as described below.
6. Prize
One winner will receive the following prize package:
- One STEM CELLULAR CC Cream Zinc SPF 30, in an available shade selected by the winner, approximate retail value ("ARV") $39.50.
- One STEM CELLULAR SleepWrinkle Retinol Overnight Eye Cream, ARV $45.00.
- One STEM CELLULAR Cleansing Oil, ARV $34.00.
- One GREEN APPLE Extra Strength Peel, ARV $49.00.
- One GREEN APPLE Age Defy Serum, ARV $59.00.
- One GREEN APPLE ProBright 20% Vitamin C Serum, ARV $59.00.
- One STEM CELLULAR Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer, ARV $70.00.
- One STEM CELLULAR Anti-Wrinkle Ceramide Overnight Cream, ARV $75.00.
- One Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer, in a color selected by Sponsor and subject to availability, ARV $599.00.
The total ARV of the prize package is $1,029.50.
Limit one prize. The prize will be awarded only if a potential winner is verified and complies with these Official Rules. Standard shipment to one eligible address in the 50 United States or District of Columbia is included. Sponsor anticipates shipping the prize within six to eight weeks after winner verification, but delivery timing is not guaranteed.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute an unavailable item with an item of equal or greater value. Product shades, colors, packaging, formulas, models, and other details are subject to availability and may differ from advertising images. If the actual value of the prize is lower than the stated ARV at the time the prize is awarded, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or any other form.
The prize is provided "as is," without any warranty from Sponsor, express or implied, except for any applicable manufacturer warranty. Sponsor disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the winner's sole responsibility.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor may report the value of the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities and may issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 or other tax form as required by law. The winner must provide accurate information reasonably required for tax reporting.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact and announce the winner, fulfill the prize, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and for other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://juicebeauty.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive marketing communications. If an entrant separately opts in to marketing, that information will also be handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy and the terms presented with the opt-in. Entrants should not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, payment information, or copies of identity documents through the public entry form. Sponsor should request any sensitive verification information only from a potential winner through a secure process.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, voice, statements, photograph, image, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor; its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize manufacturers and suppliers, and any Sweepstakes administrator; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and each other platform on which the Sweepstakes is advertised; and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or delivery of the prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity, except to the extent such a release is prohibited by law.
The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information; human error; technical failures; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, platforms, or communications; unauthorized intervention; lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries or notices; damage to an entrant's device; or any other error or problem that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit a party to waive.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any person who Sponsor reasonably believes has violated these Official Rules; interfered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; acted in a disruptive, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner; attempted to obtain entries through unauthorized means; or provided false information.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, public-health emergency, natural disaster, platform action, legal or regulatory change, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event requiring termination, if doing so is fair and practicable.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that:
- Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
- Any claim, judgment, or award will be limited to actual, direct, out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and will not include attorneys' fees unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages and any right to have damages multiplied or increased, to the extent such waivers are permitted by law.
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding that is not subject to a legally required alternative forum must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Sonoma County, California. Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of any nonwaivable consumer protection provided by the law of the entrant's state of residence.
13. Social-Media Platform Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social-media platform on which it may be advertised. Each entrant releases those platforms from claims arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law. Questions, comments, and complaints about the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to a social-media platform.
14. Winner List
After the winner has been verified, the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state may be posted at winner list page.
To request the winner's name, email customerservice@juicebeauty.com with the subject line "Juice From Every Angle Giveaway Winner List." Requests must be received by December 31, 2026. Sponsor may limit the information disclosed as necessary to protect the winner's privacy and comply with applicable law.

Nama Well is not affiliated with and is not a sponsor, administrator, promoter, or endorser of the Sweepstakes. The use of the Nama name and identification of the Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer are solely for the purpose of accurately describing the prize.
16. Official Rules and Priority
The Official Rules will be available during the Sweepstakes Period at [OFFICIAL RULES URL].
If any advertising, post, caption, entry page, or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
