Shipping Overview
We offer shipping to the US, Canada and most countries worldwide. We use USPS to ship your package domestically and DHL internationally. Our domestic expedited service is provided by UPS. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email customerservice@juicebeauty.com.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday only during normal business hours. Any orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship on the weekend.

Juice Beauty offers FREE USPS Priority Shipping on all US orders over $50.

Shipping Rates - International
Starting August 15, 2019, Juice Beauty will now offer shipping to most* countries outside of the United States for a flat fee based on the package destination. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you). You may also have the option to pay any taxes and fees upfront during checkout. If a "free gift with purchase" promotion is available on JuiceBeauty.com, please redeem this promotion at your own risk as we have seen orders being held at customs due to the free gift within your package.
Please note that Auto-Replenishment Subscription orders are not available for international orders.

We currently do not ship to the following countries: ALL EU Countries, All Countries in South America (except Brazil and Peru), India, Russia, Ukraine, China, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam. We do ship to the following countries: Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru and Brazil. Due to recent conflicts and shipping restrictions, we do not ship to Isreal or any country in the Middle East.
Order Tracking
When you place an order with Juice Beauty, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email customerservice@juicebeauty.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
Canceling an Order
When an order is placed on JuiceBeauty.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.
