What do you do to be good to yourself?
Working out is very important to me. It’s my favorite way to relax and helps keep me focused for whatever comes my way during the week. I also love researching healthy recipes with my husband! And because my schedule is usually crazy, I always make sure to set aside a little quiet time for myself to re-center.
Words of Wisdom?
It’s a quote from Anaïs Nin: ‘Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.’ I take it to mean that if you don’t take risks, or constantly push boundaries, you will never know how big your life can really be.
